Dinner was great tonight. I went to my grandmothers for a delicious dinner and Easter egg hunt. What a great time we had. All the normal down home items. Ham, greenbeans, cornbread, mashed potatoes, and corn. YUM!
Garlic crusted chicken w/ cilantro lemon sauce, honey balsamic green beans, mashed potatoes, and cream cheese and garlic stuffed mushrooms.
Last night myself and one of my close friends attended the Taste of Home Cooking School in Temple TX. We had a really good time watching the demonstrations and learned a few tips and tricks. If you have never attended a cooking “school” like this I really recommend it.
